Åsa Soutukorva is M.Sc. in Public Administration and Economics, Umeå University (1998). In the years of 2000-2005 she worked as an environmental economist at the Beijer International Institute of Ecological Economics at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. Åsa’s work primarily involve economic valuation of the environment and socio-economic impact analysis. She has participated in a large number of national and international projects linked to the marine environment, ecosystem services, radioactive waste, chemicals, health risks, the cultural environment, economic policy instruments, etc.
